November is Here people! Its a tad cold outside this morning in the words of JBO it will warm up by this afternoon! I hope he is right about that!

As most of you know I am having some problems with my IRON level, and this week is turning out to be one of the bad weeks! But let's be honest not many will understand this!

Saturday (this one coming up) the cutest RED HEAD in the world will be turning 1. That's right I said 1. Can you believe it? It seems like Bre just found out she was expecting! I guess time flys when you're having a BALL!
Its going to be one of the best days! I have learned anyday I get to spend with the Abbs is one that is eched in my memory for a lifetime!

I then the following Saturday have a photoshoot with Bryana. This one I am looking forward too. Something tells me its going to be one shoot that will be one for the books!

Well its Thursday here and we are sitting at Granny Boos, and its about 5mins before 7am in the Gump and we are about to head to work. Its going to probably be a LONG day, because I was off yesterday after nearly fainting in moms arms because of my IRON.....

no i am not going to be talking about a Scary Movie.

I am actually going to be talking about the Actual Cellphone.

For most of your know me & mom dumped Alltel after 5 Refurbished phones and they still didn't work!!! And joined the happy nation of T-mobile.

I ended up purchasing A blackberry, lets just say with work and family sometimes it's easier to just send an email or a txt. (Right Aunt May)?

And up to the most part of it, I was satisfied up until last week, the BB wouldn't keep a charge at all, so I contacted there wonderful Customer Service Department and they were so kind to ship me out another one. Told me it would possibly the battery so they shipped out the battery last friday. Well i got it saturday and by monday it still wasn't keeping a charge. Well with all the visits at the Dr's office for mom, we just had time to contact them Wednesday about the phone. They told her it would be 7-10 business days before another would be shipped out.

Do you know people, I had a new phone sitting at my house last night when i got home!!!!

I was shocked... Because i know before with Alltel it would have been closer to the 10 business day rule.

But with T-Mobile it was a day and a half......

Needless to say (knocking on wood), that this one is working just fine now!!!

Can i get a thank you!!!!

Well it's Thursday here in the south, and must i say, it's not that hot outside either. I love it when it starts getting a little cold outside....

It's been a bit of a hectic week in the Life of Driggs. But i am not complaining at all, for this i promise.

As i told you below I have gotten into doing a little bit of photography, and after some comments from some people, it makes me not want to do it. But then again this is why God placed my mom to be my mom, she tells me, if it makes you happy, then do it, don't do it to please others!!

I hope everyone has had an awesome week so far, I can tell you it has been one for the books in my life.

Gotta run, I have a million & one things to do before 4 o'clock hits.

Well as some may say it's been a minute well a few months since I have been on here. So i think i will take the time to bring my family & friends up to date.

IT'S OCTOBER!!!!

I am officially 28 as of September 1st. Yeah can you believe it, I can actually hear the knock of 30 now. Though I have been told that 30 is when everything starts making sense in the World. Where you can find the answer to most questions on your own, and when people start respecting you and your opinion in life. Go figure. The one thing that most Human beings want, actually doesn't come around until your 30. Who wrote that book? And when was it published?

I also have learned that my Mom is a Godsend, and I am not sure what i would do without her, and for the record I don't think i am ready to find it out.

As most of you know also I have the most cutest LIL cousin i the world, and it truly is a blessing to be able to watch her grow and to witness the many new/different things she is learning and has already learned.

I have also learned that I love Bugles.... Go figure.... Aunt Judy has a receipe that she puts Peanut Butter in and then dips them in White Chocolate.

Also notice that Happiness in the eye of the Beholder!!!

I also have been having some trouble with my knee/thigh, the same one that I injured while riding the school bus.. Needless to say that was the last day i rode the bus, and the first time i actually seen my mom raise cane.

I also thought i had lost contact with my Uncle Rex, but as of today I found him. You had me scared there UR.

I also found out that I am very lucky to have friends in my life. Special shout out to Margaretteville, Angie, Fly-mi, and Yetta oh and my Nik.

Thank God.....

I still have the headache that I have had for the past few days. What can I say, I don't think i have learned how to deal with STRESS that well.

I am excited for the weekend, because it's going to be an easy one all the way down!!

I am ready for this day to be over with though! I have done enough file cleaning to last me a week today.

I am thinking i want to do my nails... Maybe a funky color!!! You know me, live a little wild these days!!

Okay so let me start this post off, by "Wishing Ms. Laura a SPEEDY RECOVERY". I was just informed that you had surgery!!! I do hope things are going better for you!

Some of you may ask what the Title of this post means right??!?!?!?!?!?!

Well when i was a kid going up to see my father (when he worked for Revenue), I would pull up a chair between my father & Ms Laura and sit and talk with them. When Dad would call mom and tell her i was there, she would automatically want to talk to me, so i would get on the phone, prop my feet up on the stool that was up under the desk (if my mind remembers correctly i think it was orange) and everyone who would walk into the computer room would call me LiL Laura!!

I loved the T.I.T.L.E. it always made me smile...

So from LiL Laura to Ms. Laura. I wish you a speedy recovery!!!

Here is how the night went:

I went to see my Alice **for those of you that don't know** this is my dad's twin's youngest daughter.... Better known as my cousin.

Well she had back surgery a few months back, and I had not seen her since she went in for the Surgery!! I know, bad cousin right??? And she only lives about 30-40 mins from me!!! What on Earth!!!

Anywho, she looks better than i had seen her in years!!!!

I stayed about an hour and then headed back to prattville or Da'Ville as the kids are now calling it!

Then I went to Church to see if i could assist with Vacation Bible School. (I will post pictures tomorrow or so about it). But as soon as I walked through the door, I had several people start asking me why i was there!!

But i digress!!!

Then i went home.

and now I am about to go and do it all over again!!!

What up world?!?!? It's June 1st here in Da'Ville. I am off from work today, time well needed & spent I can promise you this one!!!

Today is all the first day of Hurricane Season. Can we say Let's pray it will be as smooth as it has been for the past several years?!?!?!?!?!?!

She loves to sit up (you would have thought she come into this world sitting up).. She loves the frog/lady bug rattle.. and she has found her toes!!!

STATESBORO, Ga. – Georgia Southern resumed the Saturday night game on Sunday morning and finished off the 16-8 Southern Conference win over Wofford. The Eagles (37-15 overall, 19-8 SoCon) clinched the second seed for this week’s SoCon Tournament.

Ty Wright (Montrose/ABAC) just hit a 3-run homer with one out in the bottom of the eighth inning before lightning and rain forced the delay. Andy Moye (Alpharetta/Alpharetta) pitched a scoreless ninth inning to finish off the win.James Foster led off the game with a bunt back to pitcher Jake Brown (Forest Hill, MD/Pitt CC), but his throw sailed past first base and let him go to third. Michael Gilmartin lined a RBI single then Konstantine Diamaduros hit a sacrifice fly to deep centerfield for a 2-0 lead. Mac Doyle hit a leadoff homer in the second inning for a 3-0 lead.
In the Eagles half Phillip Porter (Marietta/Sprayberry) reached on a throwing error by third baseman Kyle Behrendt, advancing to second on the play. A.J. Wirnsberger (Tuscaloosa, AL/Paul Bryant) lined a shot off the batters eye in centerfield, his team-leading 12th round-tripper cutting the deficit to 3-2.

With two runners on in the third, Kyle Blackburn (Marietta/Walton) hit a grounder that went through the legs of Diamaduros down at first base allowing the tying run to score.
Wofford took a lead in the fourth on Doyle’s RBI single but the Eagles tied it in their half. Will Southwell (Moultrie/Colquitt County) singled to start. During Brian Pierce’s (Roswell/Roswell) at-bat, Bobby Streisel uncorked three wild pitches which allowed Southwell to score.
With two outs in the sixth, Landon Bennett and Josh McKinney both hit 2-run doubles spotting the Terriers an 8-4 lead. Georgia Southern used two-out hitting of its own to take the lead, sending 13 batters to the plate.

Wirnsberger and Southwell singled then Pierce followed with a RBI hit and took second base on the throw. Two batters later Ty Wright (Montrose/ABAC) walked to load the bases. Eric Phillips (Carrollton/Carrollton) hit a sacrifice fly to bring home a run, and then Griffin Benedict

(Dunwoody/St. Pius) walked to reload the bases.

Porter lined a 2-run single up the middle then Blackburn followed with another RBI single. Wirnsberger walked and Southwell lined a 2-run double down the left field line to cap the seven run frame.

In the seventh Porter delivered another RBI single with two outs. Wirnsberger doubled in the eighth then Southwell singled, setting his new career-high hit total. Pierce ripped a run-scoring single and Jonathan King (Athens, TN/Young Harris) hit a bloop single into left field. Wright snapped a 1-for-13 skid by hammering a 3-run homer off the batters eye, making it 16-8. During the ensuing pitching change lightning flashed, forcing the delay.

Brown allowed eight runs (six earned) on eight hits in 5.2 innings. He walked two and struck out five. Colin Snow (Alpharetta/Alpharetta) has scattered two hits in 2.1 scoreless innings, walking one and striking out three.

Southwell stands 4-for-5 with two runs and two RBI. He had previously recorded three hits five times in his career. Pierce is 3-for-3 scoring twice and driving in two runs. Wirnsberger has three hits (seven in the series) while Benedict and Porter have two hits apiece. GS holds an 18-10 edge in the hits category.

Starter Gus White was charged for three runs (one earned) on three hits in 2.1 innings. John Cornely allowed five runs on five hits in 1.2 innings. He walked four and struck out two.

It's sunday here in tha VIlle. And I am so looking forward to tomorrow. for those of you that don't know by now, Work has been pretty interesting with the floods that Prattville & Montgomery have had in the past few weeks, with all of the Insurance claims, and Companies wanting to know if they can send their Adjusters in yet?!?!?!?!?!!?

We also have an Internation Intern with the Department for the next 4 1/2 weeks.

Teaching her how Alabama handles Producers, Adjusters, PSA's and etc... might be a bit of a hard thing, she does not speak English as a first language.

Also I had lunch yesterday with Kayla. It was pretty good, we had an awesome waitress at O'Charleys. She truly knew what she was doing....

I also would like to wish A Get Well Soon to Amy...... I do so hope you are feeling better and will be back to normal soon. I can imagine how painful it is. I had mine out when i was a kid.

I also just watched two of the cutest video's in the world... Yep that's right. Both were of Abbs...

Georgia Southern walked a season-high 12 batters, the last coming around for the go-ahead run, as the Eagles dropped an 8-6 decision Tuesday night (May 12). The Eagles fell to 35-15 overall.
The Tigers got a leadoff walk in the eighth, then with two outs got a RBI single from Brian Fletcher then run-scoring double from Casey McElroy to score the game-winning runs. Four of the 12 walks would eventually score for the Tigers.

Pinch-hitter Will Southwell (Moultrie/Colquitt County) singled to start off the ninth. Ty Wright (Montrose/ABAC) reached on an error by third baseman Dan Gamache then Kevin Bowles (Statesboro/Statesboro) executed his second sacrifice bunt of the game to put the tying runs on base. Closer Austin Hubbard struck out the final two batters to close out the game.
Wright hustled out a leadoff double to start the game. He took second on a sacrifice bunt and scored on Eric Phillips’ (Carrollton/Carrollton) sacrifice fly.

Auburn (29-24) got a RBI single from Hunter Morris to tie the game. McElroy hit a single to left to bring home one run, but when tried scoring but a Brian Pierce (Roswell/Roswell) throw to catcher Griffin Benedict (Dunwoody/St. Pius) nailed him at the plate to end the inning.
A.J. Wirnsberger (Tuscaloosa, AL/Paul Bryant) doubled with one out in the second, took third on Pierce’s single then scored on a single by Roman Grimaldi (Duluth/North Florida CC) to tie the score.

The Tigers regained the lead in their half of the inning, taking advantage of four walks and a 2-run double by Ben Jones to go ahead 6-2.

GS tied the game in the fifth. Grimaldi started with a single. Wright hit a grounder that went through the legs of second baseman Justin Hargett to put runners on the corners. Benedict ripped a 2-run to center, then Phillips lined a double down the right field line. Later in the inning, Wirnsberger capped five straight base hits with a RBI single to right.

Auburn threatened in the sixth with a one-out double putting runners on second and third. Dexter Bobo (Cumming/Darton College) walked the bases loaded but got a lineout and strikeout to end the threat.

Starter Andy Moye (Alpharetta/Alpharetta) was charged for six runs on five hits in 1.2 innings. He walked five and struck out two. Colin Snow (Alpharetta/Alpharetta) pitched 3.2 scoreless innings. The freshman allowed one hit, four walks and struck out three. Bobo (2-2) pitched a season-high 2.1 innings and was charged for one run on one hit and struck out two.

GS actually out-hit Auburn 11-9, led by Wirnsberger and Grimaldi with two hits apiece. Phillips and Benedict drove in two runs each.

McElroy finished with two hits and three RBI. Sean Ray (1-0) pitched 3.1 scoreless innings to earn the win. He struck out four and scattered three hits. Austin Hubbard struck out the final two batters to earn his 12th save.

The Eagles close out the regular season this weekend with a three-game Southern Conference series against Wofford at J.I. Clements Stadium. Friday night’s (May 15) first pitch is scheduled for 7 p.m.

JBO, went to prattville for some things, and as you all are aware, it was storming pretty badly a little after lunch yesterday and extremely bad in P-ville. So He decided to stop at Entec, to let some of the rain pressure go by, and from a flash saw a young man and a woman walking up to him.

Believe it or not, it was the Mayor of Prattville..........

The Mayor walked up to JBO and said Hi, I am the Mayor of Prattville and I was trying to be friendly and introduce myself to the public....

To most of everyones surprise, JBO, goes nice to meet you, I am the Pope of France!!!

The Mayor's wife snickered a little and whispered something in his ear, and they headed off, a friendly person next to JBO, tells him, sir that really was the Mayor of Prattville!!!

I am here to tell you though the Pope of France, does not sign autographs and there will be no pictures at this time!!!!

Well today was an awesome day!!! Let me explain.

I went with some friends fishing.. Yes you heard me correctly fishing!!! JBO i know you are proud...

That's right above I went fishing!!! And caught a fish!!! See above picture...

I also had my first experience with a Horse, this is Lady!! Isn't she beautiful? She is with Child... Yep due in July.

It's been an awesome day!!! Check the city girl out, she stepped into the country for a few minutes (acutally a few hours), and had a ball!!!

I spent Saturday with my moms side of the family. They had my cousins birthday party. He turned 1 and is so adorable. He has the prettiest eyes in the world!

After I left the party which by the way shout to KIM you did good chick!

I looked up an OLD friend and spent about four hours talking with her! It had been several weeks since I had had the chance to chit chat with her! I know deep down in my heart I need to make more time for Family & Friends!

Then I spent the next 3 hours with a Friend. That I haven't seen nor spoken with in about a week. She has been out of town with work. I can honestly tell you I learn SOMETHING from her everytime I see & talk to her!

By the way I also got to see Abbie yesterday. I must say she is the cutest 4 month old I have ever seen!!

I must inform the blog world, I really think I am falling in love with RP.

Yesterday during Church, we had a guest speaker. Imagine to my knowledge when I saw it was an OLE youth member. ***Here is where the Title comes from****

Well first of all this a.m. Today is my niece's birthday. Happy Birthday to Cayce. Second. It snowed this a.m., can you believe it?? Real live snow. Isn't it adorable??? So you know I had to put on my Connie cap, and go outside and take some pictures. I love the snow, (though not enough to live in a STATE that has it year round). So lucky for me livining in the south, it only happens every few years (if i am lucky). I like to play in the snow, though I have no one to throw a snow ball at?!?!?!??!?!? I know you all are saying hey your dad is home, why not throw one at him, well, he wasn't outside for me to do so. So I just took some goofy pictures and "danced" in the snow!!! You know how some people say it's there life dream to dance in the rain, well guess what people, it's even better to dance in the snow.

Well I am off, to get back under the covers, because as of right now I can't feel my toes or my fingers!!! Guess I remember now, why i don't live in the states that have it year around on call.
