Easter 2008

Well, this is one of my new Easter Frocks!!! I hope everyone had an awesome Easter!!!! Fixing to head over to Granny Boozer's and see the rest of the family!!!

The Lambs

Well as I work further & further on the Driggers' family album, I am learning more & more about my family (well at least on dad's side). I enjoy learning these facts, because I wasn't around when most of these people were around, so to find out that hey you know your related to them don't you, is just the coolest thing to me... I would like to introduce to you my Great Grandfather Howard & my Great Grandmother Mary Lu "mollie" for short, and can you all find which one is my sweet Granny Esther in the bunch???? I'll give you a clue she's on the 2nd row!!

Okay so I wanted to add the video my cousin & a few of his friends did to the bottom of my blog. I am super proud of him, and can't wait to see his future projects!!! He is very talented!!!

CONGRATS

I would like to say congrats to my cousin Keith on the birth of his first son, Kayden, he's adorable!! Looks just like him, though mom says she wants to draw glasses on his picture and then it would look exactly like Keith.

But He is the third cousin of mine to have a baby, it's funny all of my wonderful "younger" cousins are growing right up in fron of my own eyes!!

The Dream to top it all

Well I had a dream about several cousins of mine last night, it may be to the fact that i was working on the Driggers' scrapbook some yesterday and had you all on my mind, but I am going to let you all in on my dream. Get ready to laugh, because i woke up about 2 this a.m. busting out laughing hard enough i had tears rolling down my eyes.

And here we go:

The dream involves, my cousin Alice, my cousin Connie, my cousin Renee and last but certainly not least my cousin Furfer.

As you all are aware of this makes about my 3rd dreaming involving you all. I guess you can never say I don't think about you all. I hope you all enjoy the laughs, I sure did.

It starts off all of us including me are down in Driggerville (New Brockton, if you all don't know what Driggerville is) standing at Granny & Grandaddy's graves, don't ask me why?! But i guess it's because when i see everyone together, i just picture all of us standing out at the graves. Oh well, anyhow, Jennifer (furfer to me) whipped out a picture album she had pictures of her grandkids, (yeah i know don't kill me furfer) there were 4 of them, 3 boys and 1 girl, the weird thing is all 3 boys had solid white hair, me and connie started laughing and ended up falling over onto the grass rolling because they looked so much like the Driggers boys but only triplets!!!

The 4 of us Alice, Jennifer, Connie & me didn't know who it was come driving up with the blonde hair, we thought maybe we had a "SuperStar" in the midst, don't get me wrong everyone was looking and you even had a couple of the road walking down to the Church because they didn't recognize the car or the new blonde. Well to are surprise out of the SUV hops Renee, we all dropped, guess you shocked us with the blonde hair there
Well renee comes around and she is solid Blonde headed, boy I had never seen that before, it look good renee really it did, you know i use to be a blonde, just didn't like that the fact that my natural hair color if i would leave it alone would be solid white like dad & uncle donnies.) Anyhow, we are all standing around looking at photos of the grandkids and checking out the new looks of everyone., ..

We ended up going to eat dinner, so we all hop in renees suv and head out, by this time that was the only car (don't ask me how the 4 of us got to the graveside) i guess we batted our eyes and we magically appeared. Anyhow, renee ends up taking us all back to FL with her, we end up getting to see the boys because they were in from there adventures, yep i said adventures, Yousaf is married and has 4 kids and one on the way, and still has the long locks (which it's cool to me).. Nick came walking in the door and was like jeez all of you are going to be staying here for the week, I am going to rent a hotel, guess it was way too many woman in the house for him), sorry it just seemed like something he would say. We all end up going to a bar and grill that night. Me & connie end up doing Karaoke up front and Alice & Renee are dancing on the bar, yeah i know i was shocked too). Furfer is sitting back looking at all of us shaking her head like we were crazy or something, so we me & connie end up going out to the ffront row & grabbing her hands and pulling her up on the stage with us to do karaoke, she ended up blowing me & connie out of the way... Guess there's a country gril down in her somewhere huh?

You know you would have thought there would have been a little alcohol involved by everything we were doing, but there wasn't a drop in any of us.

We spent 5hrs up there, how weird is that, and Furfer spent all 5 hrs up there singing. Go ahead Furfer.

When we got back to Renee's, we ended up talking for 4 more hours about life, things that had happened, things that were going to happen, and you all looked at me and said we will see you next month at your Wedding, yeah you heard me my wedding. I must have looked at you all if you all were crazy, cause renee looks at me and says your still going through with it aren't you???

And i just busted into tears and was like nope he left me for another girl (because he had ended up getting her pregnant) and you all just busted out laughing. and told me that he wasn't any good for me anyways. Now i expected that out of Jennifer & Alice, but it was new coming from Connie & Renee.

I still had his credit card for some reason and ended up renting Limo's for the rest of to take us back hom to each of our states.

Then I woke up.

What can I say, I seem to be haivng funny dreams lately, oh well. I hope you all have a great rest of the week, it's Tuesday here.
