Okay people only can this happen in Alabama.

After driving my car to the Parking Deck and parking it inside on the 3rd floor (the deck only has 6 floors) and walking to the Elevator to ride down, this woman comes running up behind me nearly knocks me down trying to get into the elevator, (which you all already know, I am not a morning person at all), I pressed the 1st floor button as soon as I got on. When the idiot woman finally gets on the elevator she looks at me and says "Oh I have to press 1, because I know you didn't"... and "Then you have to press 1, make sure you press 1". Okay by now, I am about to hit this Woman in her nose, and be through with it!!! I turn look at her and say:

"Well I pressed 6, thought we could go on a Joy Ride this morning before we go to work"

Then she proceeds to tell me, How Rude?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?

I mean come on people, common sense you get on an elevator and you are the first one on, please tell me you are going to press the freakin 1 button to get down right?~?~?

Well see what had happened was...

As a child at my grandmother's, you were always taught either in or out?!?!?! You couldn't have both! **Now if it was just my grandmother there, then you would be able to have both*** But see I have this Aunt, that I was always getting into trouble with, the weird thing is people, I wouldn't have even been at the house, and I was still blamed for it!!! Riddle me that?

Well here's my point...

Now that she is older, she stands at Granny's door with the freakin screen door open I would say every 5-10 mins....

Now come on people ~ this is crap I would have been yelled at for doing as a CHILD!!!

But yet no one has the B.A.L.L.S. to say something to her!!! Well guess what Little Ole Me did...

It didn't go over to well with her, she picked up her belongs and left tire marks in my Granny's driveway!!!

But honestly she will leave tire marks in anyone's driveway including her OWN!!!

Too Close to September

Okay with September right around the corner, literally, I started thinking about things that have gone on in my life, and things that I have over come!!!

This year in September I will be 27... Yes you heard me correctly 27.. Scary isn't it?!?

The only scary part is that 30 is right around the corner peeping it's head looking for me!!!

Several things come to mind... as you can tell by my drawing, I have had several things come & go, along with several people come & go, but all & all I am happy, and I am really lucky/glad to be alive!!

Flash from the past.....

This is one thing that I can remember extremely well about my childhood. As a child at Granny Boo's, I picked a lot of flowers out of her yard, and would love to take them to her, i also loved to watch her light up when she would get one or three from us...

I guess the shoe is on the other foot now, this weekend, Granny Boo had picked her last two flowers out of her flower bed, and sent them home to me....

Can you say "Goosebumps"???

This tickled my heart, it also allowed me to remember some awesome things about my childhood...

So I ask you folks, if you have never bent down, and smelled the flowers, take the time!!!! And if you are lucky enough to have a kid in your life that brings you a flower out of the yard, treasure it!!!

Always a Mother, Now a Friend

What up peoples??? I think the older I get, the more I

seem to realize, what a "Mother" actually is:

1. A mother

2. A Friend

~If you get to the point in your life, where you mother becomes your friend, then you truly have come to the "most" important part of your life... Grant you this post should be directed towards my younger crowd, but hey, none the less, my "older" crowd should know exactly what I am thinking about.

I have come to the conclusion, that hey she's my mom, and I love her to death, but now I have this individual who has been through the things I have been through, and knows exactly where I am coming from if I just look at her and say, hey I think i need a candy bar?!?!?!?

Hope you all know, I am just not figuring this out either, I learned some truth to this at the age of 19, laying in a hospital bed fighting for my life and to my surprise in walked Mrs. Minnie, now if you know the history of my family, you should know what I am talking about her!!!! Mrs Minnie, showed me what a "True Christian Woman (that I am not related too) should be and act like!!!! Though I do feel like I am related to you Mrs. Minnie, heck you have been in my life since little ole me can remember...

Oh well, I guess I have "preached" enough today, but I just wanted you all to know how blessed I am to have this woman in my life.

Okay so I called to talk to my cousin Renee yesterday afternoon, and guess who she said i was???

I guess spending the weekend around her, I picked up her accent tone!!! Go figure!!!!

It's Monday here

What up people??? It's Monday here, we got back yesterday from the trip to Moultrie, oh my gosh what a fun trip!!! Though i wish i had, had more time to visit with several of the people from the family!!!

This would be one that I owuld recommend. Though I think next I would like to try a different Smoothie. This time I tried the Strawberry Colada... I would recommend it as well.

My parents ran into Buck & Mrs. Beverly the other night at Mexico Tipico *I don't know about you all, but us Driggers' love of us Mexico Tipico* And they gave mom blogsites for Susan & her family , & Lisa & her family... So i am super excited!!!

For those you, that don't know, I love being able to keep up with family~ though i may not be able to see them on a daily basis, I still like to keep in touch with them.

For those of you that didn't know, Buck ~ is my mother's cousin ~ He is also married my parents!!! So Buck thanks!!!
